H3WM, like most things video game related is in the midst of change. We've taken our 3 interview a month system and knocked it back to one. It digs deeper into the souls of the Member of the Month so you and I can get a better understanding of what makes them tick. 1st up we have good ole Brick. Who doesn't love our bricki-poo?
We've also started a new section for your enjoyment. The Haut Spot. It's a place where Haut can cover things he's qualified to cover. Drinks and Spirits, Music, and of course life advise! Click the link above and take a peek. We can't get enough of him!!!
MANY more changes are on the horizon for our little corner of the web so stay tuned. We aim to please!!!
Below is an introduction to the event.

Feel free to contribute if you can! The live raffle drawing is always a fun event. Keep watching our website for all of the details.

In 2007, we raised $485 for Child's Play.
In 2008, we raised $1,140.
This year, our goal is $1,500, and we'll need your help to hit that lofty mark! Check out the event page at http://www.8bitbrigade.com/childsplay2009 for more details and complete rules.
As you can see, we have some awesome prizes in our raffle this year, including Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time for the PlayStation 3, Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero bundles, signed albums from MC Frontalot, download codes for Wits & Wagers and Defense Grid, a plush Maw (from the Xbox Live Arcade game "The Maw"), PAX Swag Packs, t-shirts, posters, and more!
It's only a dollar per ticket this year, and you can buy as many tickets as you want to increase your odds of winning. You can win multiple prizes, and if you end up with a prize you don't want or can't use, you'll be able to trade with your fellow winners or let us put the item up for bid (with all proceeds going to Child's Play, of course).
We know that times are tough for a lot of people right now, and you may not have as much money to donate to charity as you did in years past, but every dollar helps! If you're unable to donate money, why not spread the word to friends and family? If we can get the word out to a wide audience, I'm sure we can hit our goal even in these difficult financial times. The event ends on December 12th, so don't put it off until later!
Thanks for your support!

It is a pleasure for me to announce the first official:
H3WM Halloween Customs Night!
That's right, we're having a night of customs, how special! It's for Halloween.
Now, I know this is late, but we have only just decided to go ahead with it...
As for details, it will be starting at roughly 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) Saturday Night, 31st October and will continue til when we feel like it.Now, we know that it may be a bad time for some people, and we apologize for that but hopefully you might be able to make it for the first couple of games. We hope to see as many people there as possible as we may be recording stats for the fun of having winners announced for different achievements throughout the night.
For all those wanting to join in on this entertaining evening of fun, just sign up at the designated thread. Depending on the number of participants will determine how many rooms we run and how long the event will last, so get to signing up!!!
Remember, this is a way you can get to know other members of the community and have fun! And we all know you're a little old to be trick-or-treating!
-Houdini
P.S. For all those Aussies in the community, this night will actually be Sunday for you, in the morning; and depending on where you are in Australia, it might be too early for some that wish to spend there time in bed.
